Double Occupancy - $175 per night
Additional Guests - $20 per person
All rates are in Canadian funds. Taxes included.
Payment may be made by Visa, certified cheque, money order or cash.
DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required when making your reservation. Balance to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your visit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days before will be charged first nights stay. Cancellations made less than 14 days before will be subject to full payment.
If we are able to rebook your cancellation we will refund full amount less 30% administration fee.
Check-in 3pm. Check-out 10.30am
Guests should leave the house clean and tidy, with the exception of bedding.
An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if house is left disorderly.
Please load and turn on dishwasher before checking out.
Guests are responsible for any damage to property or contents.
All garbage must be bagged and dropped off at garbage disposal site.
Directions and house rules will be posted on the notice board in the kitchen.
No smoking or pets on premises.
